Withholding and collection tax 

Reviewing and submitting data and discount rates ((1% - 3% - 5%)) quarterly according to the dates specified on the Egyptian Tax Authority website, following up on payment of the due tax and closing the tax period. 

Electronic invoice 

  • Supervising the data entered in the electronic invoice/e-receipt system. 

  • Review entered revenues and costs sent to and from the system. 

Salaries tax, etc 

Reviewing salary data, etc., according to the data available from the company on a monthly basis, in accordance with the legally specified dates on the Egyptian Tax Authority’s website, and following up on the payment of the due tax and closing the tax period. 

Preparing the salary tax return, etc., according to the data provided in advance, the “monthly payrolls,” quarterly, in accordance with the legally specified dates on the Egyptian Tax Authority’s website. 

Preparing the annual salaries settlement according to the data previously provided “quarterly forms” in accordance with the dates specified by law and submitting it through the Egyptian Tax Authority’s website, following up on the payment of the due tax and closing the tax period. 

Submitting the audit report to  management 

  • Follow up the implementation of the system and in accordance with Egyptian accounting standards, laws and regulations. 

  • Review and submit “outputs – inputs” data monthly on the Egyptian Tax Authority website. 

  • Follow up tax payment on the due and the closing of the tax period. 

Social insurance 

  • Opening an insurance file with the office to which the company belongs. 

  • Submitting 2 insurance forms annually to the Insurance Office. 

  • Follow up on payment of what is due to the Social Insurance Authority. 

Financial statements and income tax return 

  • Reviewing the final accounts. 

  • Approving the financial statements. 

  • Submit auditor’s report to the partners. 

  • Submit the annual income tax return, follow up on payment, and close the tax period. 

Companies Establishment 

  • Electronic companies establishing. 

  • Companies establishment (One-man company, limited liability, joint stock companies, and limited partnerships {solidarity and simple partnerships}) Law (159-72).
